Payment Rules

CallMetrics services are provided only against an invoice issued by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości “Twój StartUp” (NIP 5213641211).

1. Invoice

The invoice states the recipient details, services, price, currency and payment deadline.

2. Payment

The Customer pays by bank transfer using the details shown on the invoice. Payments made through third-party links or to individuals are not accepted as payment for the platform.

3. Crediting funds

Payment is completed when funds are credited to the Provider’s account. The paid service volume is then reflected in the Customer’s account.

4. Questions

Payment questions can be sent to support@callmetrics.me with the invoice number, date and amount.
