Refund Policy

Funds credited to the Customer’s balance are used to purchase CallMetrics service volume.

1. No refund after crediting

After funds are credited to the balance, they are non-refundable. The credited volume may be used according to the selected package.

2. Erroneous payment

If a payment was made in error, contact support@callmetrics.me before the funds are credited and include the invoice number, date, amount and supporting documents.

3. Mandatory rights

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
