Service Offer Agreement

This public offer is issued by Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości “Twój StartUp” (NIP 5213641211, the Provider) and governs access to the CallMetrics platform.

1. Services

The Provider gives the Customer access to tools for uploading, processing and analyzing calls. The Customer pays for the selected service volume according to this offer and the issued invoice.

2. Acceptance

Payment of the invoice is full and unconditional acceptance of this offer. The agreement is concluded when the payment is credited.

3. As-is service

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Recognition, scoring and recommendations are supporting information. The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free results or a particular commercial outcome.

4. Customer responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for the lawful upload of call recordings and personal data, required notices and consents, account security and user actions.

5. Confirmation of services

Access and used volumes are confirmed by platform, billing and account data. The parties agree that a separate completion certificate is not required unless mandatory law or a written agreement requires it.

6. Payment and governing law

Payment is made only against an invoice issued by the Provider. The agreement is governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Poland.
